Hello!
My name is Aryaa Deshpande, and I’m a fourth year student majoring in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Computer Science and a minor in Data Science at the University of Virginia. Through coursework in perception, attention, and data science, I’ve developed a deeper understanding of how people think and process information, which helps me design with empathy for the user.
Through designing for a non-profit, a start-up, and a club, I’ve strengthed a wide range of skills, such as meeting stakeholder needs and prototyping, that enable me to create meaningful experiences for users.
Besides design, I love to draw and eat bagels from Bodo's Bagels.
